Excellent product; good value for money. Had read reviews that there is a risk of the blade getting rusted on exposure to moisture… so am protecting it by drying it before every time I store it….more info

Best Ever
These are the best peelers ever made. As a professional chef, I’ve been using the same Rikon peeler for 6 years. It can still slice off my finger tip, even after the several tons of potatoes, turnips, beets, lemons, oranges, asparagus, apples, and carrots it has peeled. And no one has yet beaten me in the “Who Can Peel Fifty Pounds of Potatoes the Quickest” challenge. My peeler and my chef’s knife are the two items no one is ever allowed to touch….more info
