raw, sonic, scary and beatiful. simpler than Loveless Isn’t anything is more of a rock album. Not as interferred with as Loveless but still containing some of MBV’s best sonic(love that word!)work f.ex white noise at the end of Cupid Come. The songs are both violent, disturbing and beutiful….more info
The worst crap ever… This is the worst crap ever. No talent, no ideas…just noise. No melody, not even a mood…just children playing around on electric instruments without a clue. What a shame that the people who listen to this…crap…waste their time, when there is so much good music to listen to: blues, r&b, classical, jazz, rock, punk, alternative, country, etc. This is nothing music for people who think they know what is hip but really know nothing….more info
One of the best records ever Somehow I stumbled on all the reviews of Loveless and then I worked my way to Isn’t Anything and I was surprised that IA recieved only 10% of the reviews that Loveless did. Isn’t Anything is, in my opinion, one of the few perfect records – there’s not a trace of filler anywhere, anyone of the songs could have been potential singles. Go buy the record….more info
